Hotel Accommodation
A number of rooms in Bled Hotels have been booked
for conference participants. Hotel reservation should be
arranged directly with the Grand Hotel Toplice (see contacts
below). To book your room in one of the proposed hotels
please complete the enclosed Hotel Reservation Form and send
it by fax to the hotel of your choice as soon as possible,
but not later than 30 June 2005. When booking your
room by e-mail please state the name of the conference (IASWS2005).
Early booking is recommendable.
Hotel accommodation is to be paid directly at the hotel when
checking out. Hotels will accept all major credit cards
(American Express, Visa, Euro/MasterCard, Diners). Your
credit card details are required as a deposit guarantee -
the one night deposit will be charged to your credit card in
case of no-show or in case that the reservation has been
cancelled up to 3 days before arrival. Cancellations must
be sent in writing.
